On February 3, 2025, Rep. Guthrie shared his experience of visiting Hodgenville Elementary in LaRue County. During this visit, he spoke to fifth-grade students about the three branches of government and the importance of active political participation from a young age. On February 4, Guthrie tweeted about his meeting with leaders from Logan County communities where he provided updates on his work in Washington D.C.
