17TH ANNUAL POWERLIFTING COMPETITION
Bench and Deadlift Competition - RAW ONLY
Test your strength amongst others or come and watch to see who is the strongest in Bowling Green. This full meet promises excitement, action and some personal best records.
Schwartz-Malone formula will be used
Date: Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 9:00 am CST
(Weigh in starts at 8:30 am, announcements/competition starts at 9:00 am)
Location: BGPR Fitness Facility, 225 East Third Avenue, Bowling Green, KY 42101
Fee: $30 for both events if entered before December 2, 2019 or
$40 for both events if entered after December 2, 2019
T-Shirts will be provided for each contestant.
Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
Weight Classes:
Male Raw: 150 & below, 151 to 175, 176 to 195, 196 to 215, 216 to 235, 236 to 255, 256 & above
Female Raw: 150 & below, 151 & above
Master Raw: 50 -59 years old, 60 and above
Jr. Raw: 17 years and below
