Each business in the City of Morgantown which sells prepared food items is required to turn in a Restaurant Tax Return monthly by the 20th for the sale of food items made in the prior month. This includes brick-and-mortar businesses, food trucks, Farmer’s Market vendors, and other applicable businesses or individuals.
