Morgantown’s Assistant City Clerk, Hannah Gray, has been attending the Kentucky Municipal Clerk’s Association’s Clerk’s Institute in Lexington this week and was the recipient of a free registration for the Spring 2023 Clerk’s Conference.
The Clerk’s Institute covers training in Kentucky Municipal Law and other topics impacting city and local government.
