Senator Rand Paul, representing Kentucky in the U.S. Senate since 2010, used his social media platform on March 12 and 13, 2026, to express concerns about legal rights and fiscal policy.

On March 12, Paul wrote: “The government’s job is to uphold the right to a trial by jury, and we should not be making exceptions for the ‘Public Health Establishment.’ We should uphold the rule of law by passing my End the Vaccine Carveout Act now.”

On March 13, he posted a link without commentary: “https://t.co/DJKGrIx1md”.

That same day, Paul added: “I worry about America’s rapid decline. Our debt keeps growing, and other countries have more reason than ever to move away from the dollar. If we want a strong nation and a stable currency, we must live within our means and stop borrowing so much money. Thanks for having me https://t.co/c7wkEl7PhH”

Paul has emphasized limiting government to its constitutional role and promoting fiscal responsibility throughout his tenure in public office (official website). He founded the Southern Kentucky Lions Eye Clinic in 1995 to provide eye care for needy families. In addition to his legislative work—such as chairing the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs—he has authored books including “Deception: The Great Covid Coverup” and “The Case Against Socialism.”
